About Frank Wagner: Frank was a founding partner in the Marshall Goldsmith Group. Frank has worked with Marshall since 1972 and Marshall asked Frank to help him develop the methodology so that they could teach other coaches. Frank’s specialty as a teacher and a coach has been helping leaders become more effective influencers since 1976. His mission is to measurably improve leadership around the world and he has a long list of accomplishments. He was recognized last year in London as being one of the top coach trainers in the world. He has both an MBA and a Ph.D. from The Graduate School of Management At UCLA.Frank is the author of one of the best and easiest to read books on leadership called The Power of Total Commitment: A Leader's Legacy.Frank has attained a level of Enterprise-Wide Business Partner, the highest level of the ACEC.
