CB holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business where she also taught and served on the board of advisors. She is one of the world’s most respected certified master coaches.

In this episode, Jordan and CB discuss:

  • CB’s experience with racism in the workplace

  • Introverts as CEOs and how they connect with people.

  • What are the top leaders in the world saying business leaders need to do next?

  • How coaches can become enterprise-wide business partners?

Key Takeaways:

  • Battle challenges (like racism) by expanding your portfolio to build your credibility.

  • Learn to separate your thought process about your business with your communication to avoid seeming abrasive and aloof.

  • Pandemic proof your business. Employees are a valuable part of your business, look out for their well being.

  • As a coach, help align the goals of the leader or executive with the goals of their company.

"Be creative, have tenacity, and be humble." —  CB Bowman
